We are pleased to share that the submission deadline for the 2026 UK Wildfire Conference has been extended to 8 May 2026. This extension reflects our commitment to achieving strong representation from across the UK, while also welcoming valuable contributions from international colleagues.

Following the success of the 2024 conference in Aberdeen, and earlier events, the biennial UK Wildfire Conference has established itself as a must-attend event.

The theme for Wildfire2026 is ‘New Perspectives – Shared Solutions’, reflecting the urgent need to rethink how we approach wildfire challenges and recognising that no single perspective can address the complexity of fire risk. By sharing knowledge, experiences, and strategies, we aim to create solutions that are informed, inclusive, and effective, helping communities, policymakers, and professionals to respond to wildfires more resiliently.
