Pre-conference
Site Visit

SAVE THE DATE

Monday, 9th November 2026

We are currently developing plans for a full-day site visit on Monday, 9 November 2026, taking place before the conference and offering delegates the opportunity to see wildfire prevention, land management, resilience, and community engagement work in action.

Delegates can expect a practical day in the field, including coach transport, input from local partners, and opportunities for discussion on topics such as:

  • Wildfire prevention and resilience initiatives

  • Land and landscape management approaches

  • Communication and outreach programmes designed to reduce ignition risks arising from human behaviour

  • The challenges and opportunities facing land managers, fire services, communities, and policymakers

Please note that places on the site visit will be limited and participation will require the purchase of a separate ticket in addition to conference registration.

Final details, including itinerary, timings, capacity, pricing and booking information, will be confirmed soon. Delegates interested in attending may wish to keep Monday available in their travel plans, but should note that attendance will be subject to availability.

Further information and tickets will be announced shortly.
