The UK Wildfire Conference 2026 Steering Group is inviting you to become a sponsor and/or exhibitor at the UK Wildfire Conference 2026, taking place in Leeds on the 10th and 11th November.

Following the success of the 2024 conference in Aberdeen, and earlier events, the biennial UK Wildfire Conference has established itself as a must-attend event. This year’s conference is expected to welcome over 250 delegates across two days.

    1. All sponsors / exhibitors will be subject to approval and acceptance by the Conference Steering Group.

    2. Sponsorship package opportunities are limited in order to give your brand maximum attention, and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    3. A 50% deposit is required to secure your choices, and full payment will need to be made 3 months in advance of the conference date, or immediately upon booking if this is within the 3 month period.

    4. If you are supplying your logo for inclusion in the programme or slides, we require it to meet the following specifications: Either - a vector-based PDF, an SVG, a PNG with at least 300ppi resolution and a transparent background, or an EPS file. Both CMYK and RGB colour formats should be provided. You must also provide a white version of your logo in addition to a full colour version. We reserve the right to exclude / alter the logo if it does not meet these requirements.

    5. All exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment / products and the safety of such.

    6. All exhibitors agree to adhere to the Conference Code of Conduct and the Headingly Stadium Health and Safety guidelines, and to any guidelines regarding restricted products such as compressed gas. Contact us at your earliest opportunity if you intend to bring any equipment or product that may pose a safety risk.

    7. Access to the exhibition setup is at 7am on the day of the conference. Set up must be completed by 8:30am. For display of oversize items, please discuss it with us at your first point of contact so we can make the necessary arrangements.
