Your poster must be in A0 portrait format when you submit or print:

Content
Please design your poster using the standard scientific research poster format. We suggest visiting CASRAI Standards to help structure, design, and present your poster. However, it is important to use the dimensions stated above.
Copyright concern
If you use images from the web, make sure you are not breaking copyright law. You can ask permission from the source or use images that are licensed as Creative Commons. In addition, government images usually fall in the public domain and are free from copyright.
Adding the UK Wildfire Conference logo
While including the UK Wildfire Conference logo on your poster is not a requirement, we would greatly appreciate it if you could include the logo as part of your poster design. This helps us maintain a consistent visual identity across the conference and makes it easier to identify posters presented as part of the UK Wildfire Conference.
The conference logo is provided for this purpose and may be included in a suitable location on your poster. Please ensure that the logo remains clearly visible and is not altered or distorted.
Printing your poster
You are expected to print your poster in advance and bring a physical copy with you to the conference. A poster board and mounting materials will be provided at the venue for you to display your work. Please allow sufficient time to set up and securely mount your poster before registration opens on 10 November.
Sending us your artwork
Please upload your final poster in PDF format to a file-sharing service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Bitwarden Send, or a similar service. You will receive the Poster Submission Form by email from us. Please share the link to your poster via this form.
Before submitting the link, please check that the sharing settings meet the following requirements:
Access: Anyone with the link can view and download the file.
Expiry: The link remains active for at least 30 days from the date of submission.
Please ensure that the link is accessible without requiring a sign-in or additional permission request. This will allow us to access and download your poster for the conference without any issues.
Deadline to submit
The deadline to submit your poster is 30th October.
We kindly ask that you submit your poster and complete the form before the deadline to allow the conference team sufficient time to assess the content ahead of the event. Please note that submissions received after the deadline may not be able to be accommodated.
